This textile was made by a Jalq’a weaver in the greater Potolo village area, Department of Chuquisaca, Bolivia, and was probably intended as a carry bag of sorts (with it folded over at the halfway point and the sides stitched).  Natural fiber colour. (No dyes!)

Collected in Bolivia in the 1970’s.
