CIRCA: indeterminate / 1900’s
A very unusual Tibetan ‘rug’ or blanket made completely of yak hair / wool and woven in an old seldom seen technique (for Tibetan weaving’s) using a planted-like insertion for the long yak hair pile. No dyes have been used, it is all natural yak hair of varying colours. A unique piece of undetermined age and use. ALREADY SOLD.
