CIRCA: early 1900’s
Spectacular horned dragon Tibetan shugden (seating carpet). Superlative drawing, excellent dyes and a very tight weave (for an old Tibetan carpet @ 90 kpsi / 1395 kpsdm). Size is 84cm x 63cm, it was made in the early part of the 1900’s, has a cotton warp with a hand spun wool weft, there are no repairs or reweaves and is in excellent condition. A collectors piece.
