A lovely three medallion khaden with a strongly abrashed blue center-field, the design of which is somewhat reminiscent of loosely-patterned Chinese brocade, with the addition of the floral motifs in each of the four corners. It has an inner secondary border of pearls while the outer main border features the interlocking T design, with the addition of a single flower at the center point either end. There is relatively lower pile in the area of the central roundel which may indicate where someone habitually sat. The dyes are natural and both the warp and weft (and pile) are of hand-spun wool. It is from the early 1900’s, there are no repairs and is in overall good condition.
